The article goes on to say that passing federal transgender employment protection would help. But when someone is in a situation of joblessness and homelessness, it’s almost impossible to make anything out of these laws, as there are no resources to pursue legal action. However, having federal laws could at least lead the way in changing people’s perceptions…
